Post Wise Qualification
  • Storekeeper / Clerk : Graduation with a 120-hour computer course or equivalent DOEACC ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Lab Attendant : 12th Passed, with a Diploma/Certificate in Laboratory Technology, Sports Science or Physical Education.
  • Sports Trainer : Graduation with a one-year Sports Coaching Diploma from SAI/NSNIS or equivalent, along with 2 years of coaching experience. Outstanding sportspersons at the specified international competition levels may also qualify.
  • Yoga Trainer : Graduation with 55% marks, a one-year PG Diploma in Yoga, Yoga Certification Board certificate and 2 years of experience.
  • Dietician : Master’s degree in Nutrition or Bachelor’s degree in Home Science with a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Physiotherapist : 12th in Science and Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • University Librarian : Master’s degree in Library Science with 55% marks, Ph.D. and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • College/Assistant Librarian : Master’s degree in Library Science with 55% marks and NET/SET or Ph.D. as per applicable UGC regulations.
  • Technical Assistant : B.E./B.Tech in IT/ECE/CSE with 50% marks or MCA with 50% marks and 2 years of ICT experience.
  • Accounts Assistant : B.Com or Graduation with ICWA/CA (Inter)/CS (Inter), along with 3 years of accounts experience.
  • Office Superintendent : Graduation, 2 years of experience as Superintendent and 8 years as Senior Assistant in Punjab Government/university/PSU.
  • Professor (Physical Education) : Ph.D., at least 10 research publications, prescribed research score under UGC Regulations 2018 and 10 years of teaching/research experience. The Jalandhar college post requires 15 years of experience.
  • Professor (Physiotherapy) : MPT/M.Sc. PT with 10 years of relevant experience. Ph.D. is desirable.
  • Associate Professor (Physical Education) : Ph.D., Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, 8 years of teaching/research experience, 7 publications and a research score of 75.
  • Associate Professor (Physiotherapy) : MPT/M.Sc. PT with 8 years of experience as an Assistant Professor.
  • Assistant Professor (Physical Education) : Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per applicable UGC regulations.
  • Assistant Professor (Physiotherapy) : BPT along with MPT/M.Sc. PT with at least 55% marks.
  • Demonstrator (Physiotherapy) : Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Lecturer : M.P.Ed. with 55% marks, or B.P.Ed. with 50% marks and 8 years of school-level PTI/Physical Education teaching experience.
